Had a chat with David over at the Bournemouth location. I shared my frustrations with another local shop in Christchurch that thinks way too highly of themselves. David showed me around the inventory and pointed me towards a Sealy Spencer divan set. I mentioned my arthritis, and he assured me this bed was perfect since it’s made to sit on the edge comfortably. It felt a bit soft at first, but once I laid down, it was like a dream come true. Sleeping on it has been a joy, and the delivery was handled like pros. I might be a tad biased, but I really think a solid delivery crew adds that extra touch to a company’s reputation. Unfortunately, the first mattress came damaged, but there was zero fuss; they quickly arranged for a replacement, which showed up today, and it’s just perfect! This mattress is simply amazing—so comfy! I got exactly what I wanted, so I wouldn’t think of buying a bed or mattress from anyone else. I didn’t even need to try it out in the store first because Matt really listened; he knows his stuff. I received a top-quality product along with outstanding customer service. Awesome service, fantastic bed! We just got a mattress and divan from Enzo in Maidenhead. Really impressed with how the sales went and the price matching they offered. When the divan arrived, we had a bit of a hiccup with the bed size and our staircases. Enzo was super helpful in getting a divan made in smaller pieces to fit. Man, I wish I had discovered this place before I bought that overpriced mattress from another online store! The bed looks and feels fantastic; my guests never want to leave! A couple of years back, I got a new bed from Beds are Uzzz in Southbourne, and they were super helpful at that time. So, when it came to getting new pillows, it was a no-brainer to return there. I purchased a Relyon Heyford Ortho Pocket 1500 Mattress from Beds Are Uzz. The price was really good, and the online ordering process was a breeze. The staff were super helpful and kept me in the loop with regular emails. The delivery setup was spot on, and the two guys who brought the mattress were right on time. Amazing service all around, great deal on our Sealy mattress. The website was super easy to navigate and packed with info. Everything was paid for, and the invoice came through with all the details easy to understand.
